GOAL: Country Insurance looked to update it's brand program as it expanded it's business across state lines and into new markets. A complete, cohesive system was desired across all aspects of it's business. 
RESULTS: Findings included the positive perception of the name country—associating it with wholesome, homegrown and friendly attributes. Beginning with a name update to Country Insurance & Financial Services, and later shortened to Country Financial, the new name and comprehensive brand communications redefines and repositions the company. Shortly after the new name and brand launch, Country grew from regional operations in ten states, to a national organization active in thirty two states.
